Video generation and examples
Hotel Lobby creates AI videos from two character photos, with an orange studio scene and original English rap. Live generation uses MiniMax H3 through Kie.ai; fal.ai is an optional provider supported by the application. Available durations, formats and credit costs are shown before submission. Results vary; exact identity, choreography, lyrics and lip sync are not guaranteed. The original HOTEL LOBBY recording and lyrics are not included. This is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by the song's artists or COLORSxSTUDIOS. Example clips illustrate the intended experience, not a guarantee of each result; scene illustrations are not generated videos. Clearly marked demo generation returns a fixed sample rather than processing your photos. When generation is unavailable, new tasks cannot be submitted.
Purchases, credits and cancellation
Prices are displayed in USD on the public pricing page, with each pack's credit amount and one-time price. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the total and tax details at checkout before paying. Checkout marked as test mode, including the Waffo sandbox, adds test credits without charging real money. Credits have no time-based expiry while your account remains open and are only for use within Hotel Lobby, not transferable or redeemable for cash. Starting a task reserves the displayed credits; successful generation consumes them. Input checks that reject photos stop generation and return reserved credits. Technical failures, confirmed cancellations and generation timeouts also return reserved credits. Videos flagged after generation remain private during human review, with credits reserved. Review is due within 48 hours: false positives are released and charged normally; model-caused problems, unclear responsibility, review-service failures and overdue reviews return credits without delivery. Only confirmed user violations, supported by a recorded human assessment, may result in no delivery and no credit return for that task. We notify you of the outcome and explain any violation; you may appeal to [email protected]. Pending human reviews cannot be cancelled to bypass the decision. A task already accepted by the AI provider may not be cancellable. A new successful attempt consumes credits again. Returned credits are not a cash refund.
Deletion and refunds
For real purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if none of the credits from that order have been used. Requests are manually reviewed; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. For orders with used credits, we do not promise refunds solely for subjective dissatisfaction with the result. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, significant technical defects and statutory refund rights are reviewed separately under applicable Waffo terms and law. Account deletion expires unused credits but does not automatically request a cash refund or cancel statutory refund rights. Re-registering does not restore the balance.
Support and refund requests
Contact [email protected] for product support or a refund request. Include your account email, order reference and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, sign-in links or full payment card details. For Waffo purchases, you can also use the buyer portal linked in your order confirmation or the contact details on your receipt. Approved refunds are handled through the payment provider and the corresponding credits are removed or adjusted; processing times depend on the provider and your bank. Hotel Lobby is independently operated by an individual.
Your photos and generated content
Only upload your own photos or photos for which you have the depicted person's consent and the necessary copyright permissions. Authorization must cover sending the photos to our service providers and creating a fictional AI performance. Do not upload another person's photo or voice without their consent. You retain your existing rights in your inputs and authorize the processing needed to operate this service. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright; we do not promise exclusive ownership or clearance of third-party rights. Before sharing, check the result, disclose that it is AI-generated and do not present the performance as a real event or endorsement.
Acceptable use and account restrictions
The Acceptable use page forms part of these terms. Do not use the service for prohibited content, impersonation, infringement, fraud or abuse of other users. Keep your account and sign-in links secure. We may restrict new generation while investigating credible abuse reports and maintain the restriction for confirmed violations. This does not automatically confiscate purchased credits or cancel statutory refund rights. You may contest a restriction by contacting [email protected].
Service limitations and changes
Generation depends on third-party AI services and may be delayed, unavailable or unsuccessful. No particular creative result or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Check outputs before relying on or distributing them. These limitations do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update features and prices for future purchases; completed orders remain subject to their agreed purchase terms. Material changes will be published on this page.
