Generated videos are synthetic entertainment, not records of real events. Label them as AI-generated when sharing and respect others' privacy, image rights and intellectual property.
Do not upload or generate pornography, sexualized nudity, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content. Nudification and sexualized alteration of a person's image are prohibited.
Do not create graphic violence, torture, threats or content encouraging harm, self-harm or violent wrongdoing.
Do not create hate speech, dehumanizing attacks or targeted harassment based on protected characteristics. Do not use another person's likeness to threaten or humiliate them.
Any sexualization, exploitation or abuse of minors is prohibited, including synthetic material. Do not create content that endangers children or facilitates grooming.
Do not create deceptive impersonations, unauthorized face swaps, fabricated endorsements, sexualized composites or false evidence involving real people. Do not pass off synthetic speech or actions as something the depicted person actually said or did. A person's consent does not authorize fraud, abuse or unlawful content. Our authorized fictional rap feature remains synthetic and must not be presented as authentic footage.
Do not upload or distribute material you lack rights to use, reproduce protected recordings or lyrics without permission, or imply endorsement by a rights holder. Permission to use a photograph does not automatically authorize every person, logo or other protected element shown in it.
Send reports to [email protected] with the relevant creation or order reference, a description and your relationship to the affected material. Do not email illegal imagery, passwords or sign-in links. Reports are reviewed by the operator, who may request more information and restrict new generation where warranted. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit purchased credits. To appeal, reply with the reference and supporting context; do not send sensitive identity documents unless a necessary verification method has been agreed.
The service uses a fixed scene and built-in prompt rather than accepting custom generation prompts. Access to live generation is currently restricted to acceptance accounts. Abuse reports can be reviewed manually. SeeAPI checks the built-in prompt and both photos before generation and samples the output video for NSFW content before delivery. Flagged videos remain private pending human review. Automated audio review is not enabled. These controls are not a guarantee that all unsafe content will be detected.
